Gerard had flinched when Lyn-z came slap hi, now heplaced a hand on Frank houlder "Frankie..."

Frank shook with anger, his grip still tight. "How....dare...she...hit...you."

"Shh, Frankie, its ok"

Frank looked at gerard and slowly undid his grip on lyn-z wrist. He sat back, still shaking with anger

"RIght, now Lindsey. What do ou want from me"

Frank curled up in the crook n gerards shoulder and buried his face in gerards chest

"Matters how much your willing to do, and whether or not you'd rape her if you saw her!"

Franks sat up in anger at her words, but batted it aside. "Its a girl?"

"I''m not like that" said Gerard immediatly.

"Yes, its a girl. Her names Bandit."

FRank smiled slightly, looking down

Gerard managed to smile at that "Can I see a picture or somehtin?"

Lyn-z gave him a picture of a long black haired ten year old girl wearing a misfits tee and black skinny jeans sat on a stool playing a song on the guitar and singing to herself along with it

Garard stared at thepicture, feeling strangely loving and protective about the girl he;d never met. She had his hazel eyes and the same thin mile.

FRank sat up and looked over gerards shoulder. "She's beautiful. you must be proud." breathed frank, staring at teh picture.

"very. she can play all your songs by the way."

"She can?" grinned frank

"She's amazing" Breathed Gerard.

FRank looked at gerard and smiled slightly.

Mikey stood up shakily. "C-c-can i see?" he asked unsure

Gerard glanced up, eeming to have frogotten Mikey Ray and Bob were evn in the room. Hehanded Mikey the photo.

Mikey looked at the photo. "So, thats my niece."

Lyn-z looked up. "Oh yeah. i forgot about you being her uncle."

"I want to meet ehr" said Gerard, looking alost pleadingly at Lyn-Z

Frank looked up at lyn-z

"no. i know you gerard. your a flight risk."

"But she's my daughter!" protested Gerard "I have a right to see her don;t I?!"

"Gerard, even if you went to court with this, they wouldt let you see her. one mention of your rape charge and i'd be walking out teh door to go see bandit and you never would,."

"But I'm her dad"protested Gerard.

"Your a flight risk Gerard. I cant bring a person into my girls life if he's gonna take off suddenly! and at times she wouldnt see you for months when you go on tour! she needs a stable father."

"I'd make sure I rang or sent emails" said Gerard "I wouldn;t run away from my child jut like I wouldnt run from Frank, I just want to have the chance to be a dad to her Lyn"

Lyn-z stared down at him.

"He would never leave her Lyn. he doesnt desert family. He never has." said Mikey from teh corner of the room. he was still staring at teh picture

"See?" said Gerard "Just please, I'm a different person from the man I was ten years ago"
